These Terms of Service govern your use of VibeSite (vibesite.com.au), operated by Neeraj Asheel Prakash (ABN 76 280 011 950) trading as VibeSite. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
VibeSite is an AI-powered website generation service that creates single-file HTML websites based on information you provide. The service operates on a one-time purchase model — you pay once and receive a downloadable HTML file that you own outright.
The service includes:
You retain full ownership of any content, images, and business information you provide to generate your website. Once you purchase the full version, the generated HTML file is yours — we claim no intellectual property rights over it.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. VibeSite does not store your payment card details.
The preview access fee ($9.95 AUD) is credited toward the full purchase price. If you purchase preview access and subsequently purchase the full version, you will only be charged $40.00 AUD for the full version.

VibeSite uses artificial intelligence to generate website content. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that requires revision. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the generated content before publishing your website.
VibeSite does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. We recommend reviewing all generated content carefully before using it publicly.
VibeSite generates static single-file HTML websites. The service does not include:
Contact forms generated by VibeSite require a third-party form service (such as Formspree or EmailJS) to function. Setup of third-party services is the customer's responsibility.
The VibeSite platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Neeraj Asheel Prakash trading as VibeSite. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
VibeSite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated websites will meet your specific requirements.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeSite's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
Your use of VibeSite is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
