Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on VibeSite (vibesite.com.au), operated by Neeraj Asheel Prakash (ABN 76 280 011 950). All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

The $9.95 preview access fee is non-refundable once the watermarks have been removed and preview access has been granted, as the digital service has been delivered. If you experienced a technical issue preventing access, please contact us.

If you purchase preview access and then purchase the full version, the $9.95 is automatically credited — you will not be charged twice for this amount.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy if the service has a major failure or is not of acceptable quality. If you believe you have rights under the ACL, please contact us and we will assess your situation fairly.
