Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on VibeSite (vibesite.com.au), operated by Neeraj Asheel Prakash (ABN 76 280 011 950). All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

1. Our Products

VibeSite offers two purchasable products:

• Preview Access ($9.95 AUD) — 7-day watermark-free preview of your generated website. This amount is credited toward the full purchase price.
• Full Purchase ($49.95 AUD / $40.00 AUD with preview credit) — A clean, watermark-free HTML file you download and own outright.

2. When You Are Entitled to a Refund

You are entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:

• The service experienced a technical failure that prevented generation from completing after payment
• You were charged but did not receive your download or access
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error
• The generated website was significantly different from what was reasonably expected based on the brief provided

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@vibesite.com.au with your order details.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not available in the following circumstances:

• You have successfully downloaded your HTML file
• You changed your mind after generation completed successfully
• The generated result did not meet your personal aesthetic preferences (the free watermarked preview exists specifically to allow you to evaluate the result before purchasing)
• You provided incorrect or insufficient information in your brief
• More than 14 days have passed since your purchase

4. Preview Access Refunds

The $9.95 preview access fee is non-refundable once the watermarks have been removed and preview access has been granted, as the digital service has been delivered. If you experienced a technical issue preventing access, please contact us.

If you purchase preview access and then purchase the full version, the $9.95 is automatically credited — you will not be charged twice for this amount.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy if the service has a major failure or is not of acceptable quality. If you believe you have rights under the ACL, please contact us and we will assess your situation fairly.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@vibesite.com.au with:

• Your name and the email address used for purchase
• The date of purchase
• A description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
